Gina graduated from Core Institute of Massage Therapy in 2006. She has a passion for working with people to make them feel better. Whether they need relaxation or deeper body work, she believes both can be equally beneficial depending on the individual needs of each client. Gina continues to expand her massage education, most recently becoming a certified Oncology Massage therapist. She has also studied Traditional Thai massage & Swe-Thai massage under the teachings of Margie Meshew. She has studied Pregnancy massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Facelift massage, and is a Reiki level 1 practitioner. She completed her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training  through Many Rivers YTT in Tallahassee, FL. in 2015.

Massage and owning a business is a second career for Gina. She graduated from Valdosta State University in 1998 with a B.A. degree in Sociology and Human Services. She worked several desk jobs before entering the graduate program in Counseling through Webster University. It was there that she decided she wanted a more “hands-on” (literally) approach to helping people feel better. Gina grew up playing team sports and with a love for exercise and body mechanics; and she loved going to spas and receiving therapeutic massage. So it was a natural fit for her to study massage therapy, and to open a business working with a team of massage therapists/body workers and spa professionals. She is grateful for the love and support of her husband, family, friends and excellent co-workers she’s met along the way that have made Metta grow from notes on a pad to the reality that it is today!

Will’s vision for watching and helping people move has been a passion and an occupation for more than ten years. Will became familiar with yoga in 1997 through the teachings of Robyn Ceballes, Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. After attending the Core Institute 600 HR Integrated Myofascial Program in 2005, Will continued his study in body-work, travelling to Thailand to study Thai massage with Master Prischet Boonthunme. In 2012, Will began studying under myofascial mastership of John Barnes. Currently, Will is doing the KM,  Kinesis Myofascial Integration, training with Tom Myers.

In Will’s yoga career of eight years he has studied under the teachings of Don & Amber Stapleton, author of Self Awakening Yoga; the teachings of Swami Satchidananda, Tias Little & Rusty Wells. Students appreciate Will’s unique ability to infuse his playful & flowing Vinyasa with yoga philosophy, technical alignment and heart felt humor.

Sue has been massaging her whole life, literally. She started around the age of 10, when she found that she could relieve aches and pains for family by touch and massage. She continued helping family and friends throughout her life and in 2006 decided to enter into massage as a career. She graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 2008. “This is my passion, not a job, because I enjoy helping people.” She has experience in aromatherapy, reflexology, medical massage, trigger point therapy, cryotherapy, hot stone massage, deep tissue, sports massage, spa (relaxation) massage, lymphatic, scar tissue removal, cross fiber friction and many other modalities.

Meaghan has been practicing esthetics and skincare since 2012. She earned her Master Cosmetologist degree from Southwest Georgia Technical College and her certificate in Esthetics from Moultrie Technical College. Striving to promote on-going health and wellness of the skin, she offers facials, peels, waxing, and body treatments. Meaghan also has training in light therapy, high frequency, microdermabrasion, micro-current, and vascutouch. She loves working with people to achieve their skin care goals. Let your daily stresses of life melt away in the deluxe facials with organic treatments and pressure point massage.

Pairing yoga postures with breath we create a flowing, moving meditation while improving our strength, flexibility and balance. We move fluidly from pose to pose. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga is a good way to end the work week, and welcome the relaxed pace of the weekend. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. Good for the body, mind, and soul!
